TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR USE, REPRODUCTION, AND DISTRIBUTION

1. Definitions.

  exercising permissions granted by this License.

  "Source" form shall mean the preferred form for making modifications,
  including but not limited to software source code, documentation
  source, and configuration files.

  "Object" form shall mean any form resulting from mechanical
  transformation or translation of a Source form, including but
  not limited to compiled object code, generated documentation,
  and conversions to other media types.

  "Work" shall mean the work of authorship, whether in Source or
  Object form, made available under the License, as indicated by a
  copyright notice that is included in or attached to the work.

2. Trademarks. This License does not grant permission to use the trade
  names, trademarks, service marks, or product names of the Licensor,
  except as required for reasonable and customary use in describing the
  origin of the Work.

3. Disclaimer of Warranty. Unless required by applicable law or
  agreed to in writing, Licensor provides the Work on an "AS IS" BASIS,
  WITHOUT WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, either express or
  implied, including, without limitation, any warranties or conditions
  of TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY, or FITNESS FOR A
  PARTICULAR PURPOSE. You are solely responsible for determining the
  appropriateness of using or redistributing the Work and assume any
  risks associated with Your exercise of permissions under this License.

4. Limitation of Liability. In no event and under no legal theory,
  whether in tort (including negligence), contract, or otherwise,
  unless required by applicable law (such as deliberate and grossly
  negligent acts) or agreed to in writing, shall any Licensor be
  liable to You for damages, including any direct, indirect, special,
  incidental, or consequential damages of any character arising as a
  result of this License or out of the use or inability to use the
  Work (including but not limited to damages for loss of goodwill,
  work stoppage, data loss or corruption, computer failure or malfunction,
  or any and all other commercial or private damages or losses), even if
  such Licensor has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

5. Redistribution. You may not reproduce and distribute copies of the
  Work in any medium, with or without modifications, and in Source
  or Object form without prior written permission form the Licensor.

6. Grant of license. Subject to the terms, conditions, and limitations
  set forth in this Agreement, Licensor hereby grants you a
  limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Work
  as follows:

  (a) You may:

    (i) install and use the version of the Work specified in
        License Certificate(s) on multiple computers and operating
        systems, provided that the number of concurrent users never
        exceeds the number of Authorized Users specified in the
        appropriate License Certificate(s) and that the same License
        Key is not used concurrently by different Authorized Users,
        on different computers or operating systems, and

    (ii) make one back-up copy of the Work solely for archival
        purposes.

  (b) You may not:

    (i) sell, redistribute, encumber, give, lend, rent, lease,
        sublicense, or otherwise transfer the Work, or any
        portions of the Work, to anyone without the prior written
        consent of Licensor;

    (ii) reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, translate,
        make any attempt to discover the source code of the Work,
        or create derivative works from the Work;

    (iii) allow the use of the same License Key by multiple Authorized
        Users, or on different computers or operating systems at a time.

7. Availability of Online Services. The Work enables You to access
  certain online services. The Licensor does not guarantee the availability
  of any such services. The Work merely provides the means for accessing them.


The Work contains many open source libraries with their own licenses.
The individual licenses can be found in the Work's installation
folder or a sub-folder thereof. You can also access them through a
link in the About dialog.
